本日のイベント~ツアーとランチ~／Today`s tour and lunch event
こんにちわ、はじめまして☺
8月からDuckstay Hostelに、インターンシップしていますNozomiです!
9月の半ばまでDuckstay Hostelにおりますので、
それまでは、SNSの更新やイベント運営などは私がやっていきます☺

I am Nozomi from Japan. I started an internship in Duckstay Hostel since August.
I will be here until mid September, I am in charge of SNS and organizing events.
We also have Twitter account and Instagram account, so FOLLOW ME☺

そして８／１８に、Duckstay Hostelにてイベントが行われました！
And then, on August 18, we had an event at Duckstay Hostel!
イベントでは、新富町文化市場のツアー案内と
台湾の伝統的なお昼ご飯をみんなで作って食べました☺
ツアーガイドの方も来てくださり、たくさんのお話を聞くことができました。
In this event, we went to Shintomicho cultural market tour and we made the Taiwanese traditional lunch together!
The tour gide came this event, we could listen to many interesting stories.
みんなで列になって
このように市場を回り、お店の方に話を聞いていきました。
何代にもわたる老舗のお店ばかり！
We walked the market like this, we listened the story about the market.
There are many traditional stores!
なかなか聞けないような話をたくさん聞けたり、
猫をなでたりしてとても楽しいツアーでした。
Sometimes we stroked a cat, it was very fun tour☺
そのあとはみんなで昼ご飯の準備！
お店を回るときに材料も一緒に調達しました☺
手分けして皆でごはんを作ります。
After that, we prepared the lunch!
When we visit stores, we bought ingredients from there.
We made the lunch in cooperation with others!
私もお手伝いで愛玉子を作りました。。。！
I also made ò-giô-chí...
愛玉子は台湾のデザートです。
愛玉子の種をネットにいれて、ひたすら揉むとできあがります。
作るのも食べるのも初めてだったので不安でしたが、無事完成しました☺
とっても優しい甘さで夏にぴったり。。。！
夜市などでも手に入るのそうなので今度また食べてみます☺！
ò-giô-chí is a taiwanese dessert.
The seed of ò-giô-chí put into net and rub it, and it is done!
It was first time for me to make and eat it, so I was worried about that whether I can make it, but I could do that☺
The taste was sweet, it was perfect for summer!

台湾風の冷やし中華も完成しました！
麺が日本のものより独特な風味で、さっぱりしてておいしかったです。
皆様のおかげでとても楽しいツアーイベントになりました☺
Taiwan style cold Chinese noodle was also done!
Noodle was a more spacial flavor than Japanese one, taste was refreshing. It was also delicious☺
Thanks to everyone, this tour event was so exciting!
