皆で仲良くご飯/ Had a dinner

先日、久しぶりにDuckstay hostelの周辺を案内してもらいました。

今回一緒に行ったのはMay, Thashini, Angel, Colaです。

私以外は中国語でしゃべれるため皆さん中国語で会話しているときは少し寂しかったですが、Thashiniが横で英訳してくれたのでうれしいですね。

ちなみにThashiniはこの日が初めましてで、みんなでご飯に行こうとなりついでに周辺の案内という感じでした。

まず、Duckstay hostel の近くには漢方屋さんがあるためそこでいろんな種類の漢方を見せてもらいました。漢方薬は苦いイメージしかありませんが健康にいいですよね。写真はタツノオトシゴです。タツノオトシゴの薬はのどにいいようです。風を引いた時に挑戦してみようかな、、、、。

近くのお店に入り、臭豆腐、味付け卵、ルーローハンなどローカルフードを頂きました。

ほんとにおいしいですよね。個人的なお気に入りはルーローハンで、ホカホカのご飯の上にかかっている甘辛いこまごまとした豚肉のタレが忘れられない味でした。

最後にここらでは有名な蛇のスープを食べてみようということで挑戦してきました。

味はさっぱりしていてお肉はチキンみたいな味でした。

蛇のスープに興味がある方はぜひ挑戦してみてください。

こちらのお店の前には生きた蛇が展示されていて、すぐ近くにその蛇の餌となるネズミちゃんたちがいらっしゃるのでお店を探すときの目印になると思います。

Duckstay Hostelは駅から徒歩3分で周りには有名な龍山寺をはじめ、西門町がございます。また廣州街夜市をはじめとして夜市に大変アクセスしやすいです。比較的歴史的な街並みが残る万華区で過ごす台北旅行はいかがでしょうか。

Hi, I’m Kei.

I went around Duckstay hostel with May, Thashini, Angel and Cola.

They can speak Chinese so they often had a conversations in their language. During they spoke, I could not understand what they were talking about, but Thashini translated into English for me. I felt happy because of it.

This is the first day she arrived here. That’s why we had a dinner together.

At first, we found a herbal medicine shop and had a look some medicines. My image of them is so bitter, but I know that it is good for our health. This picture is seahorse. It will cure a sore throat. If I got a sore throat, I want to take it.

After that, we had a stinky tofu, seasoned eggs and pork rice. Those tasted really good. My favorite was pork rice. The minced pork mixed with sweet and hot source and put on rice. I would like to say it tasted just great!!

Finally, we tried to have snake soup.

The tastes of soup was light and snake meat was like a chicken.

If you are interested in having snake soup, why don’t you have it??

You can see some snakes at the shop and there are mice next to them.

So when you look for this shop, you can try to find snakes.

Usually, we work friendly at Duckstay hostel.

There are many famous sightseeing places arounf Duckstay Hostel like Longshan Temple (3minutes on foot), Xiamen ding (15.minutes). Easy to access to night market.

I think it is also good staying in Banka where is like historical area.
