初めまして/NICE TO MEET YOU
繰り返しになりますが、はじめまして。
Duckstay hostelで半年間インターンをすることになった3代目インターン生のKeiです。これからよろしくお願いします。
簡単に自己紹介をさせて頂くと、一年間休学をしている名古屋の大学生です。大学では国際英語学部で異文化理解の勉強をしています。今回は語学留学とは違った経験ができればと思って台北にきました。
よし、今日からブログ担当ねっていう感じで任せられて特に内容がないのですが、今日あった出来事について綴ろうかと思います。
昨日のボスとのミーティングの際に、友達とイベントをやるから来る？とお誘いを受けたので参加させて頂きました。
周りは中国語が飛び交っていてよく分からない状況でしたが、それでも必死に英語私とコミュニケーションをとってくれようとしてくれてそれだけでも台湾人の優しさを感じました。なによりも嬉しかったです。
みんなでご飯を持ち寄って食事をしていたのですが、ご飯はどれも味付けが抜群で台湾料理っておいしいなーーって思っています。
まさか初日から異文化交流ができるとは思ってもなかったのでラッキーでした。
ゲストハウスはホテルと違ってアットホームな感じなので異文化交流にはぴったりの場所です。
Duckstay Hostelは駅から徒歩3分で周りには有名な龍山寺をはじめ、西門町がございます。また廣州街夜市などあり違った楽しみができます。比較的歴史的な街並みが残る万華区で過ごす台北旅行はいかがでしょうか。

As I mentioned earlier, Nice to meet you.
I’m Kei, a guy who is working here at Duckstay hostel for a half year.
First of all, let me introduce briefly about me. I’m a university student, who is from Nagoya and taking a gap year.I am in world Englishes department and I am studing about cross cultural understanding. I came here to have great experiences which I cannot experience in studying abroad.
My boss assigned me as an editor of Blog, but I have no idea what I write. So I am going to write about my first day.
When I had a meeting with my boss yesterday, she asked me “If you have time, why don’t you join us??”
I said “Yes.”
People spoke in their mother tang, but I felt happy because they tried to communicate with me in English.
Every Taiwan meals taste really good. I didn’t expect I can experience intercultural interaction from the first day.
Here, Duckstay hostel will be one of your choice to stay in Taipei if you want to have a good time.
