台北駅付近でゆったり過ごすなら二二八和平公園へ！

Hi! I’m Kio, a Japanese intern at Duckstay Hostel in Taipei😊

先日、二二八和平公園へ行ってきました！

この日台北駅で下車して付近の朝ごはん屋で朝ごはんを買ったのですが、あ、食べる場所がないぞと直後に気づき、近くの公園で食べようと思いつきました。

I went to 228 Memorial Park! 

I bought breakfast near Taipei Station that day, but l noticed that there is no place to eat it..., so I thought of eating in a nearby park.

Googleマップで調べてみると、なにやらすぐ近くに巨大な公園が。という経緯で二二八和平公園に行くことになったのです。

I looked for it on Google map and found a huge park. That’s why I decided to go there.

まず公園に足を踏み入れると、予想もしていなかった驚きの光景が。

First, I saw a amazing sight when l enter the park.

おおおおお？ これは明らかに普通の公園と様子が違う…

Whattt...? It was clearly different from an ordinary park.

台大醫院站の4番出口あるいは１番出口を出ると、公園の中に出ます。

After going out of Exit 4 of 台大醫院 station, you'll come out into the park.

目を引くのがこの中華風の涼亭！

This Chinese-style pavilion stands out there!

これがひときわ目立っています。

This one is especially noticeable.

なんとこの建物の奥には噴水が！

Surprisingly, there's a fountain at the back of this building!

リズミカルな音楽と噴水の動きがシンクロしてなんだか素敵。

Some music and fountain movements were in sync.

噴水の水の音を聞きながら、涼亭の中でおにぎりを食べる幸せ…😌

近くに朝ごはん屋がたくさんあるので、皆さんもぜひテイクアウトしてここで食べてみてください…！

I was really happy to eat a rice ball listening to the sound of fountain...😌

There are a lot of shop for breakfast, I recommend you all to buy something and eat it there...!

そんな幸せな気分の中現れたのは… 

By the way, something appeared....

リス！結構大きい！

A squirrel!! The size was quiet big..😳

このリス、人にすごく馴れているようで

This squirrel looked to be used to people.

近くにいたおじいちゃんに餌をもらっていました。可愛い～～

It was feeded by people.

こちらは二二八紀念館。この日は休館日だったのですが、次回来た時に行ってみたいと思います。

This is 228 memorial hall.  They were closed that day, I would like to visit there again next time!

台北駅付近で少しゆっくり休憩したいな～、テイクアウトしたご飯どこかで食べたいな~と思ったら、ぜひ二二八和平公園へ足を運んでみてください！

If you would like to rest for a while near Taipei Station, or you need a place to eat something, I recommend you all to come here!
