さて、ワールドカップが開幕しましたね。サッカーが好きな私にとっては大変喜ばしいことで幸せな時間が始まったわけですが今週末、私にとって悲しいことが待っています。
そう、住み込みボランティアとして働いているMayが帰国してしまうのです。つまり、ここで一緒に働くのも最後になるのです。
ということで、今まで住み込みで働いているみんなで集まったことがないので先日ご飯を食べに行ってきました。
目指したのは盛園絲瓜小籠湯包。
こちらのお店の近くには観光客に有名な杭州小籠包がありますが、今回利用したところは地元の人にも人気のある隠れた名店のようです。
私たちは小籠包、餃子を中心に注文しました。餃子はサイズが大きく皮はパリッとしていておいしいです。小籠包は口にしたら中の肉汁が溢れてきてたまりません。お値段も良心的なのでありがたいですね。
そして、デザートを食べに近くのsmoothie Houseへ行き、かき氷を食べました。
はじめて台湾でかき氷を頂きましたが、評判通りサイズも大きくておいしいです。
今回はパンナコッタのマンゴーかき氷とストロベリーとムースのかき氷を選びました。
一つ220元ほどとこちらもお手頃の価格ですね。
こうやってホステル以外のところでの交流はいいですね。
またどこかで会える日を楽しみにしています。

みんな楽しく、一生懸命働いているDuckstay Hostelは駅から徒歩3分で周りには有名な龍山寺をはじめ、西門町がございます。また廣州街夜市をはじめとして夜市に大変アクセスしやすいです。比較的歴史的な街並みが残る万華区で過ごす台北旅行はいかがでしょうか。

Finally, FIFA World cup got started!! I really like soccer so it will be fun time for me. It is like a happy time, but a sad thing going to be happen this weekend.
May, a volunteer who live together at this hostel, going to leave here and go back to here country.
There are some volunteer workers here, but we have not hung out. She asked us to get together to have some food.
We took a train from Longshan Temple station to Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall station.
We went to盛園絲瓜小籠湯包.
There is a famous shop杭州小籠包, which is well known for tourists, but this shop is liked by local people.So it is also famous shop.
We ordered Dumplings and xiaolomgbao. The size of dumplings are really big and crispy outside. Once I bit xiaolomgbao, it was really juicy. The price was okay.
And we went to shaved ice shop, smoothie House. The repetition of Taiwanese shaved ice is good, so I could not wait to have it. It also nice. We ordered two different flavor. One was Mango. Another was strawberry. Both price was 220元.
I think it is good to hung out with other nations at outside of workplace.
I hope we meet somewhere.

We work hard and enjoy working at Duckstay hostel.
There are many famous sightseeing places around Duckstay Hostel like Longshan Temple (3minutes on foot), Xiamen ding (15.minutes). Easy to access to night market.
I think it is also good staying in Banka where is like historical area.
We are looking forward to you coming.
