国立台湾博物館/National Taiwan Musium

皆さんは国立台湾博物館をご存知でしょうか？
こちらは日本統治時代に建てられた台湾最古の博物館です。日本により1915年に建設が完了されたのですが、そのまま台湾の総督府に寄付されて台湾総督府記念館の新館として利用されました。時を経て、今の台湾国立博物館となりました。長い歴史ですね。
まず、正面から写真を撮ってみました。はい、すごくおしゃれですね。それとどこか歴史を感じますよね。
入り口から入館し、右手に受付があります。入館料は30元でした。かなり安いです。
ちなみに受付には簡単な日本語で対応してくれる方もいたので少し安心しました。
そして、入場してみるとなんとも厳かなつくりです。正面の階段は人が多くて写真を撮ることが出来ませんでしたがかなりおしゃれです。
そして、上を見上げてみるとこんな感じになっております。
これまたおしゃれですね。どことなく西洋風の館みたいです。
肝心な展示ですが、台湾の生物や台湾の原住民について展示物がありました。現地の小学生も団体で来ていたので比較的課外活動向けの展示といった感じですね。ただ、小学生ぶりにこのようなところに来てみるのも案外楽しいものですね、
展示物は主に中国語と英語で記されています。ごくまれに日本語で書かれているところもありましたが、先の２言語がわかる方でないと内容理解は厳しいですね。それでも、視覚的に楽しむことは可能なので行ってみるのもいいですね。
屋内で涼しみながらおしゃれな写真を撮ることが出来るのでぜひ行ってみてはいかがでしょうか。
こちらの最寄り駅はMRT台大医院駅となっております。
DuckstayhostelからはMRTで行けば10分ほどで到着します。
最寄りはMRT龍山寺駅となります。Duckstayhostelの周辺には歴史のある有名な龍山寺、華西街夜市や南機上夜市、そして若者の西門が大変アクセスしやすいです。

Do you know National Taiwan Museum?
This is the oldest museum which was built during Japanese control in Taiwan.
Originally, it was built for Japanese and finished constructing in 1915, but it was given to the Government-General Formosa. Then they started to use it as a new Taiwan Government memorial Hall. Later, it became National Taiwan Museum.
At first, I took a picture in front of the museum. It looks great and also like historical place as I mentioned.
There is a reception when you entered the entrance. The entrance fee is 30元. It is cheap.
When you enter the building, you can see solemnly stairs. I could not take a picture because there were many people.
Look up the ceiling, you can see a beautiful one like this.
It looks like European.
There are some displays which are about life and natives. When I was in the museum, I saw some elementary school students. This place is good for learning Taiwanese history.
Those displays are explained in Chinese and English. If you are not good at them, it will be hard to understand. But I think you can observe something. It is also good way to learn.
You can take some pictures inside of the museum.
The nearest station is MRT Taiwan University Hospital station.
You can go there from Duckstay hostel. It takes about 10minutes by MRT.
The nearest station from Duckstay hostel is MRT Longshan Temple.
Around here, there are Longshan Temple which is one of the most famous temple in Taiwan, two popular night markets. It is also easy to access to Xiamen.
